The Jewel in the crown of South East Queensland's historic properties. Built in 1846, and occupied by some of Brisbane's most influential colonial figures, Newstead House is one of the most prominent homes in Queensland's history. Set in Newstead Park and boasting Brisbane's best river views, we invite you to discover another world.

Whether you are a tour operator, special interest group, club or group of friends, Newstead House is a superb venue to visit. When visiting your group can undertake either a self guided tour or book a guided tour making your experience even more intimate.

Tours generally last for 60 minutes and can be tailored to fit your itinerary. Let us know your special interest, for example interior design, architecture or gardening and our guides will try to tailor their focus to this. All our tours are in English.
