John is your money man – he receives your payment for the tours and pays all the supplier accounts promptly. If there are any discrepancies with the payments he has it covered. You only ever need to pay one invoice and John will do the rest.
Overseeing all of Expanding Horizons are Bill, Managing Director, and Heather, General Manager. Both are available to you any time and like to keep their finger on the pulse of the tour operators by keeping in regular contact with you to see how your tours are going and to present and discuss any interesting new ideas.
Bill loves to come up with new tour ideas so you can keep offering fresh ideas to your clients, and Heather loves keeping in contact to see how things are going overall, receiving feedback and reports from your team and trouble shooting.
If you have a problem on the road she and the team will do anything they can to fix it allowing you to continue running your business and looking after your most important asset of all – your customers.
