SUPPLIER UPDATE INFORMATION & INSTRUCTIONS

PLEASE COMPLETE & SUBMIT YOUR DETAILS BY 15 AUG 2011

Thank you taking the time to complete your property information update and your 2012-13 group contract rates for Expanding Horizons. It's extremely important that we have up to date information on your property along with group rates for 2012-13 tourism season as we are now well underway with group quotes & bookings for next year.

We hope that our new online supplier update system will be both quick & easy for you to use, however if you need assistance at any time or are experiencing any difficulties either completing or submitting your information please contact us by email of phone

STEP 1:   GETTING STARTED
  • Please carefully read the instructions & information on this page before you begin.
  • You can print this page by clicking on the "Print This Form" button on the left of this page
  • Login: Click on "Tourism Supplier Login" box located at the top right hand side of this page as shown below.



 
  • Email Username:  The email address detailed in our contact email to you       
  • Password:   The password as detailed on our contact email to you 
  • Once logged in you will go directly to your "Profile" page
  • You can access all the update areas at this point to review the information required
  • You can save & return to your supplier profile at any time to complete the required information
  • After initial login you can change your password at any time
  • You can change your username at any time but please note this must be a valid email address

STEP 2:   UPDATE YOUR GENERAL PROFILE PAGE
  • Here you can update all the general information that relates to your property
  • Complete all the information required - please note that some fields are mandatory
  • Once complete click on "SAVE" at the bottom of the page
  • You will return to a menu
  • Click on "Contacts"

STEP 3:   UPDATE YOUR CONTACTS
  • This area allows you add an unlimited number of contacts. You may only have one main  contact for example John & Jenny Smith - Managers or you may have multiple people that work in key areas such as Sales, Reservations, Events & Functions so feel free to provide us with as many contacts as you like
  • Please make sure you nominate a primary contact person for Expanding Horizons.
  • Once all contacts are entered click on "SAVE" at the bottom of the page
  • You will return to a menu
  • Click on "Profile"
  • Then click on the "UPDATES 12/13" tab at the top of the page which will open an additional 4 tabs.

STEP 4:   UPDATE YOUR PROPERTY FEATURES PAGE
  • Update specific information about your property and the facilities it offers
  • Please read the information at the top of this page before completing
  • Complete all the information required - please note that some fields are mandatory
  • Once complete click "SAVE" at the bottom of the page
  • You will automatically go to the next page

STEP 5: UPDATE YOUR ROOM AMENITIES PAGE
  • Update specific information about your rooms
  • Please read the information at the top of this page before completing
  • Complete all the information required - please note that some fields are mandatory
  • Once complete click on "SAVE" at the bottom of the page
  • You will automatically go to the next page

STEP 6:  SUBMIT YOUR GROUP BOOKING POLICIES
  • Provide us with specific information about your group booking policies, terms & conditions that are applicable to Expanding Horizons groups.
  • Please read the information at the top of this page before completing
  • Complete all the information required - please note that some fields are mandatory.
  • Once complete click on "SAVE" at the bottom of the page
  • You will automatically go to the Rates page

STEP 7:   SUBMIT 2012-13 GROUP RATE
  • Provide us with your 2012-13 group wholesale nett rates
  • Please read the information at the top of the page before completing
  • You can print a copy of the rates sheet to use as a working document, click on the "Print Rates Form" button at left
  • Click on "Add New Season" at the bottom of the page
  • Here you can either complete and submit your rate updates or save for later
  • Once you complete & submit your rates they CANNOT be changed
  • To make any amendments to rates once sent please contact us for assistance

STEP 8:    CONFIRMATION
  • An auto response email will be sent to you confirming that property information updates & rates have been received by Expanding Horizons
  • Once received we will check all details submitted by you
  • Once approved we will forward an email confirming that your rates have been accepted for the 2012-13 year, normally within 48 hours
  • At this point your property will become live in our reservation system ready to be accessed by our product team for inclusion in group quotes & bookings
