The Australian West Coast tour spans 18 days, starting in Darwin and finishing Perth to Home port. The tour covers Katherine, Kununurra, Wyndham, Halls Creek to Fitzroy River Crossing, Broome, Port Hedland, Tom Price, Exmouth, Monkey Mia, Kalbarri, Cervantes, Perth
Day 9 |
Broome to Port HedlandToday we travel through some of the most sparsely populated and remote areas of Australia as we skirt the Great Sandy Desert to the east and Eighty Mile Beach to the west. We stop at a local Roadhouse for an early lunch and then travel south, deviating from highway to view Eighty Mile Beach near Wallal Downs Station. From here travel onto Pardoo Roadhouse for afternoon stop before arriving in Port Hedland where we have a brief local tour. |
